Strip-Outs, Remedial Works & Repairs.
The service covers all requirements from partial demolition to full strip-outs, or structural repairs and remedial works after fire or water damage. We work with landlords and tenants to identify areas requiring attention in line with lease agreements’ dilapidations requirements and then provide repair and reinstatement works, including decorating, flooring replacement, electrical and plumbing works, carpentry, glazing and wider structural adjustments.
All works adhere to UK building regulations and Health & Safety standards and UK building regulations, helping landlords and tenants meet their obligations with minimal disruption and clear cost control.
