Bringing life to your spaces. Our Values.

We’re just like you – we know exactly what’s it’s like when your workplace just doesn’t work, when you know you could work more efficiently if only you could get the space planning right or find a way to make the reception more welcoming. We’ve been there and fortunately we know exactly how to find the exact desk that will fit that awkward space on the third floor.

People Sat Down

In a nutshell - we create places and we maintain spaces!

The workplace has changed dramatically in the last few years and we’ve been right at the centre of these changes – we saw the enforced Work From Home drive that led to businesses quickly needing to “rightsize”, only to rapidly morph into the conundrum of hybrid working and hot desking. And as soon as we all got used to that, we found that we really valued human interaction and needed to find solutions that genuinely made being in the office as much as possible a pleasure.

And that’s what we’re about: making YOUR workplace a great place to work, delivering practical solutions for your logistics hub or a stunning newsroom for a national broadcaster – and all types of businesses in between. We can see the achievement of bringing a previously unloved space into the present day and the value of remedial works after a flood or fire.

Accreditations

We are an accredited SafeContractor business, as well as holding ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. These reflect our commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality, environmental responsibility and health and safety and enable us to uphold our company values by providing an exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the wellbeing and protection of our team members on site.

When you appoint a design and build contractor, you are placing a significant investment in the hands of a team that will be responsible for your workspace, your budget and your programme. Our accreditations provide reassurance that your project will be delivered to recognised standards for quality, environmental management and health and safety.

Ultimately, choosing an accredited design and build partner means choosing a contractor that has invested in systems, processes and external verification to deliver a safer, smoother and more dependable project. It is an additional level of assurance that your workspace will be completed to the highest professional standards and built to support your business for years to come.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management. For you, it means your project is delivered through a structured and continually monitored process designed to ensure consistency, accuracy and attention to detail at every stage. From initial design concepts and procurement to on-site delivery and final handover, every aspect of the project is managed using proven systems that reduce the risk of errors, delays and unexpected issues. In practical terms, this results in clearer communication, tighter quality control and greater confidence that your workspace will be completed to the standards agreed: on time and to budget.

The ISO 14001 certification focuses on how businesses identify and manage environmental responsibilities. For our clients, it provides assurance that sustainability is considered throughout the design and build process rather than treated as an afterthought. Materials are selected thoughtfully, waste is reduced wherever possible, and site operations are planned to minimise disruption and environmental impact. The result is a more responsible approach to delivering your project, helping you create a workspace that reflects both your operational needs and your own environmental objectives.

SafeContractor is one of the UK's leading health and safety certification schemes, independently assessing contractors to ensure they meet recognised standards for compliance and risk management.

For clients, this provides added reassurance that robust health and safety procedures are already in place and regularly reviewed. In practical terms, it means risks are managed proactively, work is carried out safely and efficiently, and disruption to your business is kept to a minimum.

Choosing a SafeContractor approved contractor gives you confidence that your project is being delivered by a partner committed to protecting your people, your premises and everyone working on site.

Come for the advice, stay for the experience.

We’ve been delivering projects for over 30 years and have worked with many of our clients for decades. We like to think this is because we only implement our strategy once we have fully consulted throughout a business and built trust – because strong partnerships deliver the best outcomes. That means listening carefully, communicating clearly and working collaboratively with clients, consultants and suppliers from day one.

There’s another reason why your project is in safe hands with East On Projects: we are proud to operate accredited management systems, including ISO 9001, supporting quality, accountability and continual improvement.

Sustainability in Practice

They say that necessity is the mother of invention and nowhere is this truer than in the world of furniture design. Heightened sustainability requirements, driven by legislation and customer demand, mean that innovation has created fabulous new furniture solutions. There is no longer any reason to avoid these sustainable options as they are now central to workplace design.

We work tirelessly with suppliers and clients to introduce eco-friendly solutions to the workplace. If the end result also happens to be fabulously creative and eminently practical, so much the better! Sustainability is not an add-on; it is a core part of responsible project delivery. Where possible, we seek lower-carbon solutions, minimise waste, and identify opportunities to reuse or repurpose materials.

If you are navigating the need for a practical workspace that meets sustainability standards, let us guide you through the process. We are ISO 45001 accredited, so you know you are in safe hands.
