Innovative Basement Apartment Delivered Safely Beneath Existing London Building.
Our client came to us with the ultimate challenge of creating a basement apartment in an existing block in London and nothing illustrates our approach to safety than this highly ambitious project. With space at a premium in London, it makes sense to explore the possibilities of creating homes from beneath existing buildings – and that’s exactly what we did here.
Safety of the existing building above the new apartment was of course paramount and we were delighted to deliver this project successfully.
